LIONCORE: AIRY SOLID FENCE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Starting from June 2021, HRC Vietnam has conducted research and implemented the construction of solid and airy fences for Lioncore Vietnam factory, located in Dong Mai industrial park, Dong Mai ward, Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province. This is a project of the investor from Singapore. HRC Vietnam is pleased to accompany and cooperate in the construction of workshops, offices, auxiliary works and technical infrastructure for lioncore factory project.

Overview of Lioncore Vietnam factory project

Lioncore is a manufacturing plant project with a total investment up to 30 million USD, the investor of the project is Singapore Lioncore Industries Conpany. The main production field at the factory is Vinyl Tiles / Plank flooring with a capacity of nearly 14 million square meters of products per year. It is expected that by the end of December 2021, the project will complete the construction items and officially go into production.

It is known that Dong Mai industrial park was established under Decision No. 2267/QD-UBND of Quang Ninh province. Construction of solid - airy fences at Lioncore factory

HRC Vietnam has carried out the construction of 1200m² of solid and airy fences for Lioncore factory in June 2021 and is expected to be completed within 15 days. Compared to traditional brick walls, the process of construction of solid - airy fence walls has certain advantages. Along with that, the cost of supplies such as formwork, anti-resistant trees, supporting components for the construction is also optimized up to 90%.
