Installation process, standards and norms for installation of precast concrete components

Installation step

Precast concrete slabs will in turn be padded to the predetermined nail bolt position. After adjusting to match the bolt link between the concrete slab and the purlin/bracing system at the top, the worker will proceed to tighten the upper and lower bolts, fixing the installation position.

Step 5: Complete

The gap between the two wall panels will be inserted with a foam gasket and covered with 1-2 layers of waterproof silicon. Next, the process of inserting anti-shrinking mortar into the bolt niche and completing the construction and installation process

Crack resistance:

  • No less than 90% when experimenting with two components.  

  • No less than 85% when experimenting with three or more components.

Product life:

  • No less than 95% if the two-component experiment is tested.  

  • No less than 90% if the experiment is of three or more components.  

Hardness of the material: 

  • No more than 115% when experimenting with two components.

  • No more than 120% when experimenting with three or more components.  

Standards of each component

Roof structure: Roof structure must have a light load, convenient in installation. Anti-leakage and good insulation are two extremely important factors for industrial factory structures, especially in the hot season.  

Wall components: Reinforced concrete walls or brick walls are all qualified. However, at the present time, the wall is chosen by more people because of less effort and cost savings. Wall panels measuring 250 x 1200 x 6000mm are the most trusted by many people.
