JI YANG PROJECT - CONSTRUCTION OF FENCES AND FACTORY WALLS

In the context of the recent pandemic, HRC Vietnam has quickly constructed industrial factory items for Jijang project in Hai Duong. This project was completed in October 2021 with two main items: fence walls and factory walls.

In particular, Ji Yang factory project chooses the design of solid, airy walls interspersed for its work. This is a great choice to make the factory architecture have an airy space, catch many cool wind directions and easily see the scenery outside.

Specifically, HRC Vietnam contractor constructed the item of reinforced concrete barrier for Jijang factory as follows:
•    Airy wall height: 0.7m. 
•    Solid wall height: 2.5m. 
•    Total area of construction of solid and airy fences alternating: 1200m2.

With the large construction area, the use of concrete barriers assembled by HRC Vietnam helps shorten the construction time to 4 times compared to building brick walls. At the same time, the number of workers for construction also cut by a third to help the factory save many costs.

According to the design characteristics for the factory section, the entire 1m high factory foot area for brick construction has been converted to cast concrete slabs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, it is difficult to maintain a team built according to the traditional plan. Therefore, the introduction of HRC concrete slabs into the Jijang project has helped reduce construction time by half and cut all costs such as waste of materials, paint bait.
Oriented after the fence, HRC factory wall will continue to provide about 1000m of electric ditches (semi-assembled form) running along the factory area. It is expected that this infrastructure applied concrete assembly will accelerate the completion schedule for the whole project for the general contractor to increase by 1/3 of the time.
